Inside Sales Representative!
Business Unit:
A part of Lenovo’s growth strategy is to focus on accounts within the large
Enterprise segment. Using your passion for IT solutions and the training we
provide you will be a significant part of this strategy. Working as Inside
Sales Representative you will have daily communication with C-level executives
from large companies, which makes the position perfect for building a good
network and advancing your career.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • You are the point of contact for your assigned accounts- you build
relationships of trust by providing proactive follow-up, product information
and overall account support via telephone and email
  • You configure products, prices and negotiate to support Lenovo revenue and
margin performance and maximize our customer satisfaction
  • You cooperate closely with resellers and distributors to fulfil business
deals and to deliver profitable revenue growth across your account base
  • You work closely with other sales teams in Lenovo to achieve common revenue
and profit goals
  • You provide weekly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting,
forecasting and business planning vs target
Organization
You will report to the Senior Sales Manager in Large Enterprise Acquisition
supporting customers in EPS Acquisition. You will participate in weekly
collaborative planning calls and meetings.

Position Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside
Sales Team. The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be goal-
oriented, articulate and possess sound phone skills. A strong personality with
the desire to reach high performance goals is a must. This position will be
responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full
catalogue of Lenovo products and selling against the competition. Account
Representatives will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as
well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account
support via the telephone. Inside Sales Account Representatives will work
within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity
management.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven telephone sales track record with experience in acquiring new business
and developing major accounts are essential.
  • Identify, qualify and win new and incremental business opportunities to sell
Lenovo’s capabilities and offerings
  • Create 200%+ pipeline per Quarter and maintain and update weekly into MySap
tool
  • Identify and secure cross selling and up selling opportunities
  • Actively participate in sales initiatives and marketing campaigns and update
SFDC with results on a weekly basis
  • Proactively inform customers of new products and roadmaps proposing upgrades
and transition paths as appropriate.
  • Produce accurate account plans, sales forecasts and ensure sales activity is
tracked using the required reporting tools on a daily and weekly basis
  • Maintain and leverage customer and business partner relationships and
maximize customer satisfaction
  • Maintain all CRM tools
  • Liaise with sales support teams and co-ordinate customer issues
  • Work closely with business partners, create relationship, develop and drive
proactive approach into assigned accounts

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar customer focused position within the IT
industry
  • Working with partners or in a reseller/distributor organization is an
advantage
  • Professional Fluency in English
  • Articulate, cooperative and able to build trustworthy beneficial partner
relationships to achieve mutual business growth
