Position Description:

This Graduate role is a 2-year fixed-term contract and offers a platform of

in UK.

The UKI Territory Sales Operations Specialist has 3 major roles to play in the
UKI Operations team;

Supporting Operations;

  • Provide support to the 3 Operation’s Managers to ensure the smooth running of
the weekly Business Management System, demand planning, order management, and
Incentive & Commission processes.
  • Understand the end-to-end commercial process of each of the 3 business units
and provide holiday/absence cover as required.
  • Own various weekly/monthly tasks for the Operations team including the
deferrals process and tracking method of transport change requests.

Process Improvements;

  • Work with key stakeholders to improve efficiencies through refining
processes, tools and fully utilising systems.
  • Where required create reporting solutions to drive greater decision-making
across the business.

Sales Transformation;

  • Understand the future roadmap for the worldwide and EMEA sales transformation
project.
  • Support the UKI sales business units with the successful implementation of
new tool refinements, releases and launches.

This role is based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. However, as per the government
guidance, the successful individual would be working from home until further
notice.

  • 2:1 degree classification
