The candidate would be required to:

  • Develop relationships with program stakeholders in front office, middle office, compliance, legal and technology.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates at all level up to and including business executives
  • Work with operations and technology counterparts to agree requirements and implement change
  • Create and maintain necessary project artifacts including business cases, project plans, stage plans, issue reports and other necessary documentation
  • Understand the business and control environment
  • Identify and understand business problems and utilise problem solving techniques to design sustainable solutions.
  • Analysis of the impact of the requirements or changes; Planning and coordination of the build work with relevant technology partners and coordination and execution of user acceptance testing

We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:

  • An established Project Manager with previous experience in the financial services industry
  • Ideally a good understanding of Equity products
  • Prior experience in MIddle Office, end to end Trade Cycle Support or Operations an advantage
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting regulations an advantage
  • Excellent business analysis skills to analyse the complex requirements
  • Excellent problem solving skills in order to identify, understand and address operationaland technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including senior business executives
  • A self motivated individual who is able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst alsoworking effectively as part of a team
