As a Senior Project Manager, you'll drive global projects and provide support for various initiatives and any associated business transformation projects.

As a member of the WM Client Operations Communications team, this role will:

  • Support the communications needs of the global organization
  • Support broad-scale initiatives and programs, including organizational and business priorities, efficiency and productivity initiatives, the global change agenda, training and development, and people engagement.
  • Support Onboarding initiatives that impact Front Office business partners

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide communications support for broad Client Operations initiatives
  • Development and management of information/content/messages on various channels, including email, SharePoint, Intranet, Symphony, etc.
  • Partner with SMEs to develop communications plans for broad initiatives
  • Support branding initiatives
  • Work with managers and subject matter experts and identify training needs
  • Support reporting processes in training and communications
  • Develop communications for Front Office partners
  • Support ad hoc communications initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of proven experience supporting the core competencies
  • Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic global environment
  • AML/KYC, Account Opening, Maintenance, Client Service background
  • Information design experience in a communications organization preferred
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization
  • A self-starter who possesses intellectual curiosity; proven team player at ease with rolled up sleeves; ability to successfully operate with limited guidance
  • Ability to use multiple communications channels and adapt them to audience needs
  • Familiar with the WM brand and experience
  • Experience working with global organizations
