EMEA Consumer Services Product Manager

Position Description:

We are looking for an EMEA Customer Services Product Manager who will be
responsible for design, development and launch of new Consumer segment
services offerings including sales training messaging and deliverables as well
as external marketing strategy together with the Marketing team

As part of new product development the role you will be also responsible for:

- Market identification > company types and sizes such as SMBs, LE, GA,
PS, or MM
- Market qualification > size of the market, Lenovo HW penetration,
estimated services attach rate
- Routes to market definition > Web, Channel
- Pricing calculation
- Customer experience design

In the role you will:

- Qwn projects focused on improvements in products, processes, routes to
market and communication and address these together with a Project Manager.
- Work together with various functions from Legal, Finance, Accounting to
Procurement, Product Delivery, Web support and various IT teams.
- Collaborate with Worldwide Services Sales & Marketing teams on product
development and launch plans to ensure global consistency
- Be responsible for competitive product, pricing & terms research

Position Requirements:

- Relationship building capability in international highly dynamic
environment
- Minimum 5 years product lifecycle management in IT environment
- Ability to provide reporting to project stakeholders on VP and ED level
- Ability to understand structure and processes in matrix organizations
- Analytical problem solving, fluency with MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Project management and planning
- Determination for delivering of results
- Managing ambiguity in cross-functional projects
- Experience with advocating technology solutions within Technology Products
Company
- Strong level of discipline, organization and pro-active attitude; Results
driven
- English – advanced, written and spoken, experience with chairing conference
calls and meetings
- German/French – advantage
