About the Program

The ReEntry program offers Vice Presidents or Associate (or equivalent), who left the workforce to pursue other ventures, the support and resources needed to resume their careers. The ReEntry Program also provides you with opportunities for networking and mentorship.

Beginning March 2020, this 14-week long program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after two or more years. You’ll update existing skills and build new ones, interact with the firm’s leaders and receive career coaching.”

What We Look For:

Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.

The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the appropriate CIB Line of Business. Individuals with previous experience operating at Associate or VP level (or equivalent) in one or more of the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply.

CIB will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non-for-profit, part-time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
