Responsibilities

Product Marketing Manager

Overview
You are the heart of business leadership, strategy and execution for your given product or customer audience. In summary, you are accountable for generating business growth, evangelising the product externally in the market, building the go-to-market strategy and orchestrating execution with a broad team of stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance and beyond.

You will partner closely with Product Groups in Microsoft HQ and have close connections with UK customers and partners. Together these connections and your specialist product knowledge (learnt over time), will help to provide unique perspectives to inform feature roadmaps, business model evolution and new waves of product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

You play a role throughout the marketing lifecycle: from strategic planning, value creation, positioning, messaging and storytelling.
You own monitoring market trends and insights.
You run the “rhythm of the business” for your product / customer audience.
You are the primary point of contact for Product Groups based in Microsoft HQ.

Partner Marketing Advisor

The mission of the One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization is to accelerate Microsoft’s growth through its extensive and vibrant ecosystem of managed and unmanaged partners, while also guiding the definition of and establishing excellence in execution across the global OCP teams. To do this, OCP focuses its efforts around four core motions: Build-with, Technical, Go To Market (GTM), and Partner Co-sell.

Key responsibilities

We are now looking for a Partner Marketing Advisor (PMA). This role is key to Microsoft's partner ecosystem strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization. The PMA is responsible for go to market plan jointly with partners, building, orchestrating, and executing marketing and sales execution programs to grow local business. The role will work across Microsoft partner, marketing, and business group organization to align ecosystem goals with required partner capacity and performance. The outcome will be instrumental for the creation of an optimal partner ecosystem in a region to drive long-term revenue, cloud consumption and digital transformation.

Marketing Communications Manager

Overview
You have a passion for customers and building & executing marketing activities, experiences and engagement strategies that create fans and drive long term value. You are able to operate with larger goals in mind. You are adept at working with team members across business groups and agencies to deliver & execute integrated marketing plans to excite customers, prospects and partners about Microsoft’s array of technology solutions.

The Central Marketing Organization (CMO) is Microsoft UK’s field marketing team. We are tasked with driving awareness, shifting perception and creating demand across Microsoft’s products and solutions for both our commercial and consumer audiences. The UK CMO is responsible for bringing the modern marketing vision to life, providing the leadership and accountability we need to deliver connected sales and marketing activities, grow our customer base and turn all of our customers into advocates.

The Marketing Communication Manager embraces our company’s Marketing principles, is a Microsoft Brand Steward, and drives ongoing improvements in maximizing marketing spend and driving marketing efficiency, and marketing impact.

Responsibilities
As a marketing communications manager, you will build and execute integrated marketing communications plans and success metrics. You will direct priorities for events and media, public and analyst relations. You will oversee production and deployment of advertising and drive the strategy and execution of digital and social media. You will determine the optimal mix of engagement vehicles for your product, service, or geography. You'll need to be a strategic thinker and strong operator to ensure execution, risks, and global alignment are optimal.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an MBA Degree within 12 months of graduation, or graduated within the last 6 months.
  • Related experience in relevant fields eg: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance.
  • Inspired by the continually evolving craft of marketing.
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
