Although this is a VP level position, depending upon the candidate, we can hire at Executive Director and Associate levels as well.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills. Specifically:

  • You need to be interested in and curious about emerging markets;
  • You need to have strong credit analysis skills/experience (equity analyst experience also works);
  • You need to have a keen interest in financial analysis and modelling;

  • You need to have the drive to be ranked #1 in what you are covering;
  • You need to have the desire to learn about issuers, markets and products;

  • You need to be strong in the use of Excel and Power Point;
  • CFA is a plus.
