Would you like to play a key role providing support to Royal Navy operations staff? We currently have a vacancy for a Project Administrator at our site in Christchurch.
As a Project Administrator, you will be part of an exciting systems & software programme which covers many disciplines including design, development, installation, implementation, integration, acceptance, training and logistics support – you will report to the project management team within the project, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver to our customer at various naval HQs.
This role will provide you with exposure to project management techniques and the complete engineering lifecycle.You will work a busy role in an ever-changing environment, on a variety of royal navy platforms.
Your main responsibilities as a Project Administrator will involve:
Organising Team Communications
Budgetary Management of office related expenditure
Organising Catering arrangements
Coordination of travel arrangements

This role is key to the development of your soft skills and utilising them in your day-to-day activities and duties. You will have good written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills.You will also have security awareness and ideally a familiarity with military environments and customers.
