As Lead Sales Specialist, you'll be involved in long-term planning and development to the overall sales strategy of your team. As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting and selling Waygate Visual Advanced Inspection Service (AIS) offerings to our customers by developing new and key contacts
  • Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and set account strategy
  • Analyzing AIS market data such as Asset-owners outages, maintenance programs, applications and regulations to identify business opportunities
  • Developing a solid pipeline of leads and opportunities to execute the annual plan to contribute to a wider sales targets
  • Participating in Tradeshows, Customer Days and Road-shows to promote our product line and identify new opportunities for growth

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Sales with a background in Oil and Gas, Chemical or Energy
  • Demonstrate a thorough and analytical approach to proactively identifying and solving complex problems
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
  • Have the ability to execute and drive results in a global matrix organisation
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Be able to travel internationally to customer sites (up to 50% travel required)
  • Be fluent in English and also be able to converse at business level in French
