Abcam are looking for a experienced ServiceNow developer/technical consultant for an initial 9 months to contribute to re-implement and launch Abcams new ServiceNow ITSM solution. Reporting directly to the ServiceNow Product Manager you would in collaboration to support the engagement with Abcams ServiceNow partner to further the development of ServiceNow, driving growth of the platform to meet Abcams needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Liaising with Abcams partner on the re-implementation project.
Knowledge transfer on configuration made and maintain documentation.
Provide guidance to Product Manager on recommendations for changes to ServiceNow.
Grow the service request catalogue and implement further changes to Incident/CMDB and help train ServiceNow Administrators.
Working in an Agile way to make constant improvements and changes to promote to production.
You will have significant experience working with ServiceNow, especially around the ITSM functionality including; Incident; Request Management; CMDB, Self Service Portal. You will hold relevant qualifications in ServiceNow development/configuration and ITIL foundation and higher.
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels. In addition, you will be highly organised, able to work at pace and meet strict deadlines.
