Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced business partner who will be able to work with the leadership team to deliver professional finance and accounting advise as well as proactive and value add finance support.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has strong background in business partnering and excel / analytical skills. Good presentation and communication skills will enable you to provide key business reporting and guidance to your stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team who support each other in all aspects. This is a fantastic role where no day will be the same! You will be supported and guided as you create your own personal development plan as well as having opportunities to be involved with different projects along the way that will develop your skills and experiences.
What does the day to day look like?
Day to day you will be providing financial advice to senior budget holders to provide clear understanding of the period results and forecasts against budges so they can understand their business better which will enhance performance. This includes advice on financial results and forecasts such as period accruals, transfers and adjustments.
You will also be delivering business review reports, highlighting any issues / risks or improvement initiatives as well as using data / reporting to influence decision makers. This will include supporting with the management, development and production of business plans and budgets to enable good corporate governance and value add analysis for senior leaders.
In addition to the above, you will also manage corporate governance, conducting deep dives and reviewing compliance with financial regulations to protect the business from legal or negative consequences.
