Brief Description

The role of the Reliability Improvement Manager is to Identify and implement initiatives to improve asset performance, reliability, productivity and efficiency.

Please note that this role is flexible in terms of location. It can be based anywhere within the Wales Route.

About the role (External)

As Reliability Improvement Manager you will

1.Lead the reliability team with the successful delivery of remote conditioning assets and proactive systems analysis and reporting

2.Identify and implement initiatives to improve asset performance, reliability, productivity and efficiency.

3.Support the business in the effective implementation of improvement programme, projects and initiatives.

4.Prepare business cases for improvement initiatives that are supported by robust analysis.

5.Produce and implement plans for improvement initiatives including business cases, implementation and business change.

6.Measure and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives including sharing best practice.

Skills and experience

    Experience in maintenance management, processes and techniques

      Knowledge of safety and compliance management processes

        Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures

          Knowledge of operational railway environment

            Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisation skills
