Digital & Systems Engineering Lead
Would you like to provide functional engineering leadership and management in order to support businesses across BAE Systems in their efforts to accelerate the evolution of digital and model-based engineering capabilities to enable the development of their next generation of complex products? We currently have a vacancy for a Digital & Systems Engineering Lead at either our Farnborough or Warton sites.
As a D&S Engineering Lead, you will actively engage with and inspire the Engineering community to move towards a future that embraces the use of models, incorporates technological innovation to improve engineering, works towards a single authorative source of truth, establishes a supporting infrastructure and environment and recognises the need to transform its culture and workforce across the full product lifecycle.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to manage and co-ordinate a group wide community in order to provide value adding common products and services that enable continually improving Digital Engineering.
