Job Description

The Interaction Management team is a dedicated group of product owners who are focused on large scale change initiatives - addressing operational business requirements across the CIB. The team provides a unique mix of product management and communication skills, which cut across various lines of business enabling the program to provide a consistent, high-quality and responsive approach to the way we manage and execute change across the firm.

In this role you will work closely with the Interaction Management team (including UX design and research) to ensure users and external clients experience first-class support throughout their journeys with the firm.

Summary of responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the team, assist with analyse campaign results to measure the effectiveness of user and client facing communication initiatives.

  • Manage the legal and compliance sign off process for all external client facing collateral (to include video scripts, emails, brochures and web content).

  • Update and publish content on the internal user hub site.

  • Assist with creating and editing external facing videos.

  • Send out internal communications to our audience of 14,000 users.

  • Work alongside the manager to organise the workload and priorities for the team.

  • Provide day-to-day marketing and communications support to product owners

  • Build good stakeholder relationships with the Interaction Management team, operations, technology, CIB marketing, legal and compliance.

  • Ability to tailor communications according to audience.

  • Motivated self-starter. Must be able to work independently and know when to escalate for clarification – good judgement required.

  • Strong networking and relationship building skills as need to work closely with range of cross-hub teams.

  • Professional manner and approach.

  • Enthusiastic, positive ‘can-do’ approach, willing to consider new ways of doing things whilst working within corporate guidelines.

  • Knowledge of the products with a willingness to identify, explore and implement enhancements and innovate where appropriate.

  • Strong PowerPoint/Excel capability and flair for design.

  • Good time management skills.
