Your new role

The compliance assurance advisor is a true perfectionist. They are passionate about processes and are extremely organised when it comes to their work. They have a calming nature and are able to demonstrate the ability to feedback and coach in a positive way. They are critical thinkers which helps them to achieve results, but they are always striving to help and push to guide the business and Sofology employees in the right direction, with the right attitude.

The role is to Complete regular Compliance Assurance Monitoring of all customer facing interactions for all Sofologist’s within all departments at Sofology Head Office.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform weekly monitoring on all customer interactions, (e.g. phone and email)

  • Have the ability to learn and understand relevant regulation

  • Adherence of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules and regulations

  • Apply relevant knowledge learned to all skills sets and highlight any areas of concern

  • Have the ability to learn and understand multiple workflows in a changing environment

  • Monitor and track corrective action ensuring any actions required are completed

  • Provide constructive and effective feedback through the monitoring undertaken

  • Able to identify areas for improvement and communicate in a clear manner to relevant individuals

Skills/experience .....

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment or a similar role

  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of quality assurance

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Demonstrates the ability to feedback and coach others with passion
