Structured Investments Distributor Marketing (SIDM) is a global sales team charged with creating and distributing cross-asset Structured Investments via internal and external distribution channels. The team originates and distributes structured investments linked to equities, commodities, fixed income, currency, and hybrid underlyings.

The position described below is part of the Deal Origination team within Global SIDM, which is responsible for pricing, trade capture, deal documentation and coordinating post-trade processes with various support teams. The team is also responsible for assisting with coverage of key transactional accounts in conjunction with senior salespeople.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Learn and fully understand the various issuance platforms and their benefits and requirements

  • Price and structure transactions across asset classes to meet investor requirements

  • Manage the deal origination process working together with Sales, Trading, Legal, and Operations

  • Trade execution and provide risk information (delta, vega etc.) to the Trading Desk to ensure correct risk execution/PnL

  • Complete due diligence surrounding the on boarding of clients and their periodic review

  • Successfully field and resolve client inquiries to maximize sales

  • Define and drive overall team’s platform, systems and technology agenda

  • Support senior salespeople with presentations, marketing collateral, meeting preparations, etc.

The successful candidate will ideally possess:

  • A fundamental understanding of option strategies and their pricing components, as well as fixed income instruments

  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment and successfully prioritize competing demands

  • Comfort with client coverage/interactions both independently and in coordination with senior sales

  • Strong communication skills, work ethic, attention to detail and team-oriented mentality

  • Understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements for product sales across European markets

  • Initiative to question what they do and why they do it in order to seek enhancements to existing processes
