Information Security Manager - Governance (EMEA)

Working as a Client Communications & Reporting Analyst within the CIB Cybersecurity & Technology Control Governance team, you'll be on the forefront of enabling CIB’s clients to obtain assurances of the firm’s information security capabilities.You will also be supporting CIB CTC’s leadership team and Control Domain Governance leads with identifying and driving the treatment of cybersecurity & technology control risks impacting CIB.

This role incorporates a wide variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Review and respond to information security and technology controls inquiries within client Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Information (RFI) documents

  • Ensure the timely response to ad hoc client questions regarding J.P. Morgan’s Cybersecurity and technology controls posture

  • Manage the lifecycle of presentations to clients, including; first engagement, assignment of speakers and management of material

  • Partner cross-functionally with other teams to update and answer new client RFP/RFI requests as well as regulatory requests keeping tight deadlines

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and core partners. Ensure communication is customer focused and professional.

  • Track and report on the Cyber & Tech Control Operational Risk Metrics

  • Generate materials for Governance Framework forums including Technology Control Forums and Business Control Committees

  • Manage the teams Confluence & SharePoint sites

  • Perform ad hoc data analysis in support of the above

Key Skills/Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Experience in problem solving and working to tight deadlines whilst achieving good quality outputs

  • Experience in working with diverse cross geography teams

  • Self-motivated individual, comfortable working without close supervision

  • Team player with proven ability to build strong cross-business relationships

  • General knowledge of information security and technology controls principles and relevant standards including Access Management, Application Security, Security Incidents and Business Continuity Management.

  • Exposure to Cyber and Information security or technology controls regulatory requirements.

  • A graduate degree or equivalent experience (in computer science, information systems management, business administration or related field) is preferred.

  • Practical working knowledge of SharePoint / Confluence site setup and administration is beneficial. Willingness to learn is essential.
