GTI S&T Communities of Practice Lead

Within the Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) Strategy & Transformation team, the Communities of Practice Lead will support the Catalyst Network, a global grass-roots community aimed at creating awesome teams and enabling transformation through learning, networking, mobility and communication to deliver GTI products at scale and speed. Driving leaders and teams to adopt cutting edge methodologies, behaviors and mind-sets supporting the GTI Transformation and enabling delivery on the GTI 2025 Strategy and ultimately the GT VISION.

Key Responsibilities to Include:

At the Global level:

  • Build and implement processes to run the Global Community of Practice through strategic leadership across - Recognition, Communications, Membership, Subscribers, Treasury, Stakeholder Updates, and Special Programs
  • Embed Product Owner practices into a Community of Practice such as engagement analysis, ROI analysis of budgets and network activity, and the culture hacks implemented to deliver solutions
  • Oversight of logistics for events, engagements, and ensuring central visibility through shared calendars
  • Ensure marketing and engagement channels are current and dynamically managed
  • Be the principal custodian of a focal site to provide visibility of all Catalyst matters
  • Create a usable repository of ideas and best practices from across the network for locations to leverage
  • Be prepared to deliver capstone events to promote the Catalyst brand, such as an annual Catalyst Expo
  • Compile and leverage usable data to understand current employee engagement


  • Engage in transformation networks and activities locally – be a transformation and change ambassador
  • Partner with the broader team to define and in some cases deliver strategies in region relating to culture and transformation specifically the Catalyst Network vision
  • Align the network at a local level through partnerships with GT Vision programs (Manager Excellence, POWERUP, Ignite, Innovation Week, BRG’s etc.) to increase awareness and connectivity with the GT Vision strategy and firm wide initiatives
  • Influence at all levels, but particularly with senior leadership to focus the organization’s resources and expertise on strategic initiatives to further GTI’s capability
