About the role (External)
You will be providing critical support to the Works Delivery team by assisting the supervisor in the delivery of all our projects across the range. Our team is made up of arborists, fencing experts and safety critical staff that will often require your guidance.You will be trained to a high level in all aspects to ensure we continue to deliver excellence and maintain compliance with the huge range of standards we adhere to.
The role comprises a mix of office based and hands-on, checking the quality of work, both internal and contractor whilst actively promoting safety. We will also look to you to prioritise work, assist in planning projects, prepare staff and allocate resources.You will also be responsible for keeping a range of systems, databases and records up to date.Crucially, as well as furthering your own skills, you will actively help others with their own development.The team leader position requires you to inspire the trust and respect of the team and stimulate production on the ground.
