Network Rail is one of the largest land and property owners in the country and the Property team is responsible for generating sustainable income from the estate for re-investment in our rail infrastructure. This includes management of our workplaces, maximising commercial income and profit, and optimising capital receipts and station improvements from the development and disposal of surplus properties and land. All proceeds from commercial activities are reinvested in the operational rail network.
We are a 70 strong team who manage commercial activities at the largest 19 stations in the UK and we are looking for an Asset Manager who will be responsible for managing high value retail units and offices, delivering the strategic vision for each station through development and asset management, whilst providing a great customer experience.
The role provides an exciting opportunity to maximise the income potential of a portfolio which includes Charing Cross, Cannon Street and London Victoria Stations along with Victoria Place Shopping Centre, through active asset management, the identification of investment opportunities and an excellent level of property management whilst minimising the risk to Network Rail's operational infrastructure.

The ability to drive income growth through the identification of Portfolio Plan strategies and the delivery of the letting and review programme is essential. The successful applicant will need to be self-driven and able to work independently as well as collaborating with of a wider team

Network Rail adheres to a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: £51,156 - £57,551

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks require prospective employees of Network Rail to meet the following requirements;
§Provide eligibility to work in the UK and identity documentation
