Maintaining and improving the rail network is complex work. It involves thousands of people in hundreds of roles, carrying out an extraordinary range of duties. All of this is underpinned by rosters, records, systems and databases - the materials and mechanisms that bring order and efficiency to challenging complexity. Dedicated administrative and support teams make it all work.
The administrative support you bring will make all kinds of important work progress smoothly. From maintenance to improvement work, you'll keep the systems, rosters and databases accurate.
About the role (External)
You'll be accountable for providing accurate, efficient and effective administrative support. It's a core role with a range of responsibilities - from administering rosters and timesheets, to updating databases and records, and setting up filing systems. We'll also look to you for general office administration, to keep everything running smoothly. Whether you're working on instruction from your line manager, or using your own initiative, you'll be conscientious and supportive of others.
