This is an exciting opportunity to join the award winning Argenti care technology partnership. Argenti support a growing number of local authorities by installing care technology to support thousands of people, allowing them to live independent lives.

What we're looking for

We are seeking an organised Operations Co-ordinator, with a strong customer care focus principally to support our busy care technology service in Dorset.

The role will involve supporting the Central Argenti function activity in Dorset, working alongside the programme manager in Dorset to support the management of the operations and development of the service.

The role requires someone who is efficient, and responsive with excellent attention to detail so that a high-quality service can be delivered.

Location and Hours of work

The role will be based at Dorset Council in Count Hall Dorchester within the Adults Services department. The role will involve limited travel either to our existing services (including Winchester) or to other clients if/ when involved in broader project related work.

The hours of work will be 9:00am to 5:30pm.
