As part of the WW SMB & Channel DaaS team. The Device as a Service (DaaS)
Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for managing the design and
delivery of Lenovo Daas Subscription Portal, e2e process, Reporting and
implementation of the tool across Lenovo’s Global SMB & Channel footprint.
In this role, the DaaS Transformation Manager will be expected to manage the
Business requirements gathering, design and deliver the Global Lenovo DaaS
Subscription Portal and reporting that will provide business partners with a
quick and easy way to build and send Lenovo DaaS quotations to customers for
approval and signature to work within in Lenovo’s Business Partner Network.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to take initiative and provide
leadership in delivering Transformational business solutions across local and
International markets. You will need to have a successful track record of
designing tools that enable services and solutions to enhance a PC hardware
sale. You will champion the innovative power of our Device as a Service
Proposition to support Channel Partners making companies more productive,
collaborative and transformative. You will need to understand Lenovo’s
portfolio of award-winning products and develop strategies to help online, new
and existing SMB & Channel Partners execute the Lenovo DaaS Proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Delivery of Lenovo WW SMB & Channel DaaS Digital Subscription
    Portal and Reporting tool
  • Business requirement gathering to develop, and close new SMB & Channel
    toolset for business partners
  • Create and manage the e2e process for Lenovo Hardware, Services and Funder
    Partners to integrate into the Subscription portal
  • Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments
    and how to incorporate them into an “as a Service” model toolset
  • Ensure that our SMB & Channel Partners deliver a world-class sales and
    customer service
  • Effectively and consistently developing Lenovo SMB & Channel DaaS reporting
    tools to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • 5+ years of successful Digital Transformation solution design experience is
  • Strong experience of business automation
  • In depth knowledge of “as a Service” models
  • Proven success in Digital Transformation of businesses in the IT services
  • Strategic mindset and sound business acumen are required, along with
    effective decision making, and partner management skills
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written, and strong presentation
  • Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, commitment to deadlines
  • Proven ability to operate with a high level of professionalism;
    entrepreneurialism and agility
  • Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of the organization with a
    teaming attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Travel estimated at 50%

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with MS Dynamics, Salesforce & ServiceNow
  • Consumption based sales experience in SaaS, DaaS, or Cloud Services
    Understanding of Subscription/Lease financial solutions
  • MBA or Advanced technical degree
