Air Resource and Talent Lead

Would you like to be part of the Air Resource and Talent team? We currently have a vacancy for a Air Resource and Talent Lead at our site in Warton.

As a Air Resource and Talent Lead, you will be reporting into the Air Resource and Talent Manager to support the management of resourcing, talent and people capability for the Project Management Function across the Air Sector, specifically recruitment, learning & development, talent management, IBP and resource demand and supply management.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to manage, update and interrogate several datasets for the Air PM community to aid effective management and reporting of management information.

Your main responsibilities as a Air Resource and Talent Lead will involve:

Provide support in the management of functional resource review process

Lead all resource management activities around IBP and executive database management

Lead the Learning and Development activities and managing the Air PM training budget

Lead comms and engagement activities and management of the Air PM comms plan and working group

Manage, maintain and analyse several Air PM Datasets

Support key Air PM Meetings, including preparation of presentation material and coordination of actions.

Act as a key interface for the Air Sector PMLs and wider network

Support to KSA and Australia as required

Responsible for one direct report

Your skills and qualifications as a Air Resource and Talent Lead:

A good understanding of the Air business construct and PM functional roles.

Breadth of business, product and process knowledge

Proven track record of operating in a resource demand and supply environment

Proficient in all key MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Understanding of all functions and how they inter relate to PM

Knowledge in the theory and application of Project Control, Risk management, Resource Management processes and tools

Experience of using TM1, Success Factors and Taleo systems desirable

You will have good communication skills, team worker self-motivated and a highly organised problem solver, you will show flexibility with the ability to operate independently and able to plan and prioritise tasks to achieve deadlines and can demonstrate integrity and discretion in all aspects of work. You will have demonstrated experience in influencing and leading teams (direct or virtual).

Salary: £43,268.00
