Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, as well as excellent customer service, you will underpin the efficiency of the specialist teams who work to keep Britain moving.
About the role (External)
You'll provide the support our specialist teams or senior managers need to do an efficient job. It's a varied role, with a focus on administrative and secretarial support - from co-ordinating diaries, arranging travel and organising meetings, through to producing documents, taking minutes and ordering stationery. We'll also look to you to maintain our filing system for all kinds of important records. What's more, you'll be a friendly and informed voice at the end of the telephone, handling enquiries and delivering excellent customer service on behalf of the team.
