ServiceNow Software Engineer – Vice President
As a ServiceNow Software Engineer (Vice President), your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming will help your team raise their game, meeting your standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- ServiceNow System Administration & Implementation Specialist Certification
- A strong understanding of the ServiceNow administrative capabilities
Ability to carry out ServiceNow performance troubleshooting activities
Effective in finding the root cause to bugs and proposing fixes on the ServiceNow platform
Ability to define and enforce housekeeping policies for the platform
Ability to take technical ownership of the solution design covering the ITSM modules as well as other modules such as Portal, GRC, Security Opetations, Service Portfolio Management
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
Experience of Implementing;
- The ITSM solution on ServiceNow
- Data loads into ServiceNow
- Catalog items and workflows within ServiceNow
- Discovery and reconciliation for the CMDB
- GRC, Security Operations, HR desirable
