FastTrack is looking for FastTrack Architects as part of FastTrack organization (FT), the ideal candidates must have experience in Office 365 onboarding and migration with a proven competency for resolving business and technical blockers. The Individual in role must demonstrate the ability to establish great field and customer connections and instill customer confidence in Microsoft 365 while working closely with Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS), Microsoft partners, Account Team and Microsoft engineering teams. The FTA role is responsible for guiding customers to the optimum roadmap to Microsoft 365 by using FastTrack benefits, aiding accelerated deployment and adoption, sustaining high customer satisfaction. In addition, aligning engagements, involving wider participation, setting consistent expectations during pre-sales, delivery and adoption. The role as needed will act as primary sponsor to guide and remove obstacles for Field, Delivery, Engineering and Customers during the FastTrack engagement.
Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 deployment and adoption in large organizations, a proven track record of seamless engagement with customers, the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company, experience with MS FastTrack. The candidate must have a passion for the customer, demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence. The candidates will have demonstrated experience in coaching and building a broad community covering, Account Management, Sales, Delivery and working with Project/Program Managers, Engineers and Architects and be comfortable engaging at C-Suite level stakeholder engagement.
This role requires strategic and critical thinking, problem solving skills, results driven, demonstrated cross-group collaboration, and deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 deployment. The ability to successfully work across both technical and non-technical senior management including Executives in large enterprises and across the Microsoft partner community. The candidate must have experience with pre-sales through scoping and creating Statement Of Works and project plans.

Carry out a discovery workshop with the customer, which is very deep technical discussion that will address current environment, requirements and will lead to:
Identification of potential blockers preventing the customer adopting the service.
Optimum roadmap to Office 365 and EMS for every workload.
Identification of required work outside of the FastTrack benefit scope.
Working closely to align with MCS and partners.
Being the Technical Advisory and Subject Matter Expert (SME) driving the technical discussion with the customers, partners and MCS and provide them with the best approach whether to unblock the situation or bring the customer to Active Usage.
The Person will be responsible for ensuring High Quality Accelerated Delivery and providing mediation, utilizing other FastTrack resources to aid recovery and accelerated delivery and adoption.
Ensure deep education is driven for Microsoft 365 FastTrack, across key Microsoft field roles.
Act as liaison between Microsoft account teams, corporate teams, and partner teams owning rapid and thoughtful feedback to drive improvement for the FastTrack experience for customers.
Time and cost reduction to onboard Customers
The expected profile for this position is Senior Consultant or Architect with 8+ years of experience, with deep technical experience in delivering Office 365 projects. At the same time, with excellent experience in presales tasks and scoping.
You will need to have the following skills:
Very good knowledge on the following technologies:
Identity (Active Directory Domain Services, Azure Active Directory, ADFS)
Exchange On-Premise and Exchange On-Line
Designing architecture for multiple forests and complex environments
Very Good skills onboarding and migrating customers to Office 365
Very good knowledge with pre-sales process: familiar with the SOWs, WBS…etc
Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Optional: technical experience with Windows and Office ProPlus deployment.
Optional: onboarding customer to Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)
Proven corporate and/or consulting IT experience, including both program management and service delivery.
Comfortable and experienced in pre-sales, project envisioning, planning, development, deployment, and management.
Exceptional leadership acumen with demonstrated success in "engaging virtual teams" with ability to influence others.
Resourceful, confident under pressure, with demonstrated skills in expectation management.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the FastTrack motion, usage and adoption and Customer advocacy to the Engineering teams.
