Global Technology Infrastructure Product Manager

The Global Technology Infrastructure ( GTI) Product Office (PrO), in partnership with GTI product line teams, is a foundational capability to propel GTI’s transformation and the ongoing implementation of a Product Operating Model. This function will include a team of 4-6 experienced and commercially-minded Product Managers to help drive the maturity of GTI’s Products and implement an operating model that will drive GTI’s journey into becoming a product-led organization. We will work closely with the GTI Leadership team and product owners to identify and execute improvement opportunities, measure progress, and provide guidance on how to align good product operating principles for delivering value to the business by delivering value to the customers.

As a leader in the GTI Product Office your key responsibilities will include building and leveraging partnerships across business, technology and product leadership to implement an operating model and innovative solutions towards improved product management and delivery.You will also drive alignment of the product strategy with the overall GTI / Global Technology / Company vision, ensure governance and maintenance of the official GTI Product Catalog and drive the adoption and compliance to the GTI Product Framework.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Experience in Product Management (Infrastructure technology area preferred)

  • Experience working within a global organization and driving organizational transformation,

    ideally with one which is now mature at managing its IT Product and Services

  • Strong influencing skills and an ability to overcome barriers and resistance

  • Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to build strong relationships and leverage people networks throughout the firm

  • Proficient in the following:

    • Strategy Creation and Deployment

    • Product Portfolio management

    • Product Investment and Budget / Financial management

    • Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change management

    • Conflict Resolution

    • Negotiation

    • In-depth knowledge of at least one technology discipline (e.g. Software delivery,

      infrastructure management)

    • Ability to build a culture of innovation

    • Strategic planning and execution
