The Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager within the London Select Team, the Select Team Account Exec (AE) is responsible for the delivery of a demanding annual sales targets through both new business acquisition and developing an existing portfolio of our highest spending Agencies.

From a clearly defined agency patch, the AE will be an expert in all aspects of the Global Outdoor portfolio, and understand the importance of delivering revenues for all our franchise partners & across all environments.

The AE will be responsible for developing rewarding relationships at all levels with existing agencies within a given patch and will formulate plans for revenue growth, improved client retention and agency protection

The AE will be tasked with ensuring that market share, revenue and margin are maximized across the portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

Contribute to delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly team sales targets

With support of the Regional Sales Manager run a sub £2m per annum portfolio of agencies

Develop and nurture new and existing relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders Collaborate with your agency portfolio in order to grow sales opportunities.

Apply your detailed knowledge of the Global Outdoor inventory to provide relevant solutions for briefs and development of proactive ideas.

Ensure by smart trading that all formats within the Global Outdoor portfolio are commercialised and improve profitability.

In conjunction with your sales team provide high levels of customer service ensuring Global Outdoor are considered the number 1 partner in OOH.

Use exceptional negotiation and selling in order to maintain trading rates and secure highest possible volume deals significantly improving yields consistently across the Global Outdoor estate.

Negotiate best share on all briefs inline and above Global Outdoors market position.

Work aligned with the strategy of the wider Global business to achieve budgets for Local Sales & Global Outdoor

Manage and develop relationships with a range of stakeholders across Global Outdoor

You’ll have these skills and experience

Understanding of the UK Media market Place. Ideally be able to demonstrate media sales experience as an experienced Sales planner or Account Exec in a sales team.

Demonstrate hitting and exceeding sales targets consistently in a team environment (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) Demonstrate high levels of customer service

Proactive sales approach and able to deliver creative and innovative solutions

Highly developed interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Resilient and flexible individual who is interested in developing their ultimate career
