Senior Product Marketing Manager
At Zendesk, we help companies build the best customer experiences. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us establish a product marketing presence in the EMEA region.
Reporting into the Senior Director of Market & Competitive Intelligence, the right candidate will be a true jack of all trades. Rather than aligning to a particular product, you will align to the entire business, and be the product marketing expert in-region.
What you’ll be doing:
Be the expert on Zendesk’s position in the EMEA market. Why are we winning & losing? What are the opportunities to accelerate the business in-region?
Act as the connective tissue between the product marketing team at headquarters and the EMEA region. Partner closely with EMEA Sales, Presales, and Success to identify opportunities to improve messaging, competitive positioning, and product to improve our position in EMEA.
Be the regional storyteller. Transform key global sales tools & content from headquarters (e.g., pitchdecks, webinars) to ensure relevancy and impact in-region.
Partner with product owners to educate the EMEA team on upcoming product launches.
Engage in competitive deal cycles and send insights back to headquarters.
What you bring to the table:
4+ years in a product marketing role.
Product / technical / sales experience.
An entrepreneurial mindset. You are willing to roll up your sleeves & make things happen.
Fluent in multiple languages.
