Zendesk is looking for a Brand Producer to join our in-house Creative department in London who can bring order to chaos without losing their cool. Your job as a Brand Producer will be to collaborate closely with our talented team of Designers, Copywriters, Motion Graphic Artists, Video Editors and other Producers. You’ll manage projects spanning digital and web design, advertising, event design, print, branding, and presentation design. You are a great facilitator able to build bridges between teams and people, and you communicate status clearly, concisely, and accurately. You get your kicks by seeing the projects you’re managing get completed smoothly and efficiently.
What you get to do every day:
Manage the Brand team workflow and be the point person for all ongoing projects while managing new project intake for the team.
Maintain all project schedules and send out regular communications regarding project status’.
Drive projects forward to completion, following up and anticipating blockers when necessary
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, establishing credibility across all workstreams
Establish efficient resourcing plans and work closely with our team of Designers and Copywriters to keep them up to date.
Identify and improve upon internal workflows and processes within the Brand design team, and documenting established processes along the way.
Have a positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the Brand team.
Become proficient at using our Ops tools: Asana, Digital Asset Management software, Dropbox, Google Drive, Creative Help Center
Work closely with the Producers, Brand, Marketing and Product Design Program Managers to understand big picture goals and how each project ladders up to a larger business OKR
Help manage our internal request queue by administering and following up on tickets.
What you bring to the role:
Single-point-of-contact for assessing and assigning any EMEA creative requests
Help decide what to tackle in house or to outsource
Develop and maintain a tight network of creative suppliers (event agencies, design agencies, printers, freelance design talent etc).
Track projects to ensure delivery that is on budget, on time, and on spec
Building alliances with and manage internal internal and external stakeholders (Brand, Marketing, Content, Events, Partners, etc)
Overall production management and delivery of own and third-party regional events, in collaboration with the Brand, Content, Events, Marketing, and Partners teams
Support the EMEA Marketing in quarterly project and budget planning
Build an official process with agencies, for one-off and retainer. Monitor and report to both Marketing and Brand on budget spent quarterly and own the creative approvals from external agencies
Organise RFPs and agency audits to ensure we have the right suppliers for the job
Represent Zendesk Creative and Marketing in London through research and networking
5-7 years of experience in client services or project management, ideally in a creative agency (and bonus if also in-house at a larger company)
Ideally has experience working with tech companies
A deep understanding of the creative process and strong acumen for what a job needs - staff resources, time, budget, stakeholders
Experience in print production processes that can help us improve our coordination of physical production processes, from global sourcing to print processes and distribution
A highly organised and detail-oriented self starter
A fast thinker and hands-on problem solver
Comfortable working in a collaborative and informal environment
Comfortable working across divisions and with global, diverse teams
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a glass half-full attitude and high EQ
A sense for what’s good (simple, charming and engaging) design
