Your Role Within our Kingdom

As an Art Producer, you will join an experienced cross-discipline team working on an exciting game that reaches millions of people every day, where your project management skills, professional experience and communication will help build a productive and happy art team. You will collaborate with the project Art Director to improve and maintain our art production internally and build a robust outsourcing pipeline with our external partners. You will have the opportunity to define the art team’s ways of working as well as contributing to the wider team’s development approach as one of the key members of the game’s production team. You will represent and champion the art team in our cross-team production planning. You will collaborate with the Art Director and the Creative Leadership team to find solutions that best fit the requirements of each feature, effectively balancing scope and quality. You will run daily stand-ups and planning with the art team, coordinating and tracking the progress of the art team to ensure that assets are completed on time and meeting our quality benchmarks. You will be communicating regularly with your peers in production, keeping them informed of the status of art tasks and dependencies between art and the other crafts. You will be responsible for encouraging a positive, creative, feedback-focused culture in the art team while building strong communication and coordination between art, the other sub-teams and relevant stakeholders.You will provide matrix manager support for the art team and input towards individuals’ performance and growth.

Skills to Create Thrills

- Experience managing art production teams for at least one game with a 3D art pipeline - Experience with outsourcing or distributed teams/development - Able to build, track, and maintain complex art schedules - Working within a positive, open-feedback team culture and environment to boost engagement, ownership, and accountability - Strong verbal and written communication skills - A passion for art and games.

Bonus Points

- Experience working in a games-as-a-service environment, being able to balance ongoing content needs with feature development - A background in art that helps you appreciate the artistic and technical aspect of art production - An understanding of art tools, game engines and pipelines, for example, Photoshop, Maya, Unity etc
