As an HR Partner you will support managers and leaders across various parts of
our business and cover tasks ranging from headcount management, talent
management, performance management and employee relations activities. It is an
exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast paced &
collaborative environment on a breadth of HR areas.

This is a truly generalist role and will be based in our office in Basingstoke
while supporting our Smartphone business across the whole Europe. As it is an
HR role to support a specific business, therefore you will also cooperate with
many other local HR Partners in different countries.

What will be your tasks once you join our team?

  • Coaching line managers and leaders on all employee relations activities
    ensuring compliance with legal practices
  • Providing advice & counsel on organization and people issues, based on an
    understanding of strategy, objectives and priorities
  • Manage the recruitment activity alongside with our Talent Acquisition team
    and advise line managers on the hiring process, work with them on hiring
    decisions so that we identify and attract the right talent
  • Dealing with various talent and performance management areas such as
    performance issues and also growing and developing employees
  • Working along with the business to effectively deploy and communicate global
    HR programs
  • Reviewing HR data analytics and identifying any trends, support HR
    operations to ensure flawless execution on all HR operations aspects
  • Acting as a valued partner to your countries and HR community by building
    strong relationships with leaders and work on the development of new or
    improved processes or systems

Position Requirements:

What will help you to get your job done successfully?

  • 5+ years of HR experience, most of the experience should have been as HR
    Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Experience of working in a global and matrixed work environment
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the Hi-Tech sector in a HR generalist role
  • Knowledge of employee relations matters and experience in dealing with
    complex employee relations issues
  • Hands on prior experience with HR tools and information systems – prior
    experience with Workday is a must
  • Good knowledge of the Labor Law and legal requirements within the UK and
    other European countries
  • You like to solve problems, bring new ideas and solutions, so you can help
    our business to achieve their goals
