As the EMEA and APAC Partner Operations Coordinator on the EMEA Sales and Marketing Operations team at Zendesk, you will be working cross-functionally with our Partner team, Sales, Marketing, and IT partners to maintain and streamline day-to-day operations of our indirect channel by monitoring internal and external performance. You will work with forward-thinking and driven individuals focussed on delivering high impact projects, supporting a team that is doubling in size and impact on Zendesk’s go-to-market strategy.
You don't miss any details, love data, and have excellent analytical skills, as well as being an independent self-starter that can drive projects with sound decision-making skills. Software-as-a-service or other subscription-based work experience will be helpful to get you started quickly.
Assist with accurately forecasting partner bookings
Support operational workflow from partner lead-to-cash, including managing partner tech stack
Report and analyze partner metrics and critical metrics for Quarterly Business Reviews and day-to-day operations
Track partner performance-critical metrics and define review cycle to relegate or terminate underperforming or non-compliant partners
Support expansion or improvements to the partner go to market workflow; Define business requirements to any work with cross-functional teams to design and implement
2+ years meaningful work experience supporting Partners and Indirect Sales or in a Sales Operations capacity at an indirect channel-focused company; Operations, Strategy Consulting and/or Business/Systems experience preferred
High Salesforce.com aptitude
High Excel / Analytics aptitude; SQL or Tableau experience preferred
Excellent process documentation and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree
