Missions and Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a key member to join our Production site based in Stratford, London. The Production Coordinator role will be responsible for coordinating the daily operational activities within the Stratford Operation, including matters of Safety, Quality, Asset Control, Productivity, Environmental as well as escalation control.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up and close off of plant production equipment in line with our company standards
  • Coordination of the daily operational activities, liaising with your manager on job organisation and operational requirements.
  • You will be expected to operate with minimum guidance and or supervision on Occasion when the Facilities Manager is absent from site.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all production requirements are met, stocks are controlled and compliance to company procedures related to site operations
  • Control and undertaking daily vehicle checks both IN & OUT of site ensuring adherence to all H&S and legal requirements, taking immediate action to correct anomalies of faults.
  • Actively communicate to all departments on daily shortages and reporting through IT processes
  • To become part of the emergency response team - 1st Aid - Fire Marshal & Permit To Work
  • Reporting of breakdowns to your manager and informing your team of delay and progress
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as email, word processing, spreadsheets, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Ensure your team work in line with the company and safety policies and follow instructions - ALWAYS SAFETY FIRST

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as email, word processing, spreadsheets, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Knowledge and understanding of the gas industry including product knowledge
  • Google software IT
  • Gas product knowledge
  • Previous position of managing people and small teams
  • FLT licence
