Application Support Lead - Environment Management Service Owner

CIB Environment Management was established to create a consistent support model for all CIB Non-Prod environments, including standard processes, procedures and tools with a high degree of automation. By professionalizing and creating consistency in how we support Non-Prod environments, we can drive significant increases in productivity, efficiency and speed of delivery to market while improving the supportability, monitoring, and resiliency of environments. The Environment Management Service Owner will be responsible for defining the services, processes, support model and costing required to support a CIB-wide Environment management discipline.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Proven expertise in application development and support environment with more than one technology and multiple design techniques

  • Advanced knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software

  • Experience managing software development lifecycle with a preference to agile

  • Expert in service delivery processes

  • Proficient in the tools and methods for trouble shooting and resolving application software problems

  • Working proficiency in development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
