This is a full-time, varied role, providing plenty of opportunity to add value by looking for ways to implement best practice in areas such as greeting visitors, answering and directing calls and replenishing office supplies etc. Requiring a proactive, helpful, individual with a can-do attitude who is able to understand others and build strong relationships. Attention to detail is vital and you’ll be expected to get stuck in and deliver to deadlines. You will be encouraged to challenge yourself to make a positive difference every day in a fun and supportive environment.


  • The face/tone of Brown-Forman UK as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, meeting and greeting guests ensuring professionalism at all times

  • Ensure the upkeep, appearance and efficiency of the reception area, making sure it’s a safe working environment for productivity and wellbeing

  • Maintain meeting rooms, Town Hall area and general appearance of the office

  • Answering phone calls and redirect to employee and department directories.

  • Process invoices on Prodagio

  • Organise taxis/transportation on occasion

  • Help arrange social events, team lunches, parties and all kinds of fun experiences for the team on a regular basis

  • Arrange deliveries

  • Posting & mail management

What experience are we looking for you to have?

  • Experience working in a varied high stakeholder office environment

  • Ability to create, maintain and check administrative documentation

  • Confident and professional in handling phone calls, email enquiries and visitors

  • A desire to continually improve the reception and office environment

  • Flexibility and ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive approach to work and good ability to anticipate issues and find solutions

  • Strong oral and written communications skills
