Cybersecurity Awareness Program Manager

The Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team is focused on spreading education and awareness across all 270,000+ employees around the world. Through firm-wide and targeted training, communications, and awareness events, we "humanize" cybersecurity and enable our employees to better protect themselves and our data.

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our global Cybersecurity Awareness efforts across the firm.

The selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with Cybersecurity & Technology Controls stakeholders to better understand knowledge gaps and develop communications, activities, and events specifically designed to address those gaps. The candidate will also partner closely with these teams to identify and report on measurable outcomes that tie back to our efforts to reduce risk across the firm.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging firm-wide and targeted educational communications across multiple roles, teams, and lines of business

  • Develop awareness campaigns and strategies to provide periodic events and communications throughout the year

  • Build relationships with stakeholders, partnering teams, and internal organizations to develop and deliver important messages (Human Resources, Learning Teams, Business Resource Groups)

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and report on metrics, specific to training and awareness efforts delivered by the team

  • Partner with Program Coordinator to strategize and plan events throughout the year and during Cybersecurity Awareness Month events

  • Support the development of formal training (as needed)

Desired Experience:

  • Experience leading large, complex projects and strategies
  • Previous experience analyzing business needs and designing, developing and evaluating communications and training
  • Previous experience in event planning and marketing strategy
  • Ability to translate technical information into consumable messages for non-technical employees
  • Keen attention to user experience (experience with user experience methodologies or human centered design is a bonus)
  • Experience with Office, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Experience working in an agile environment (preferred)
