The M365 Security and Compliance team is looking for a strong, motivated, independent and energetic Senior PM to be part of Office ATP Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) team. You will be on the team that gives us the impetus necessary to drive usage, and in this role you will drive Office ATP, E5 Security and overall E5 usage by giving the Microsoft Field the engineering assistance and technical support they need to win deals and drive intent, while reducing “first touch to purchase” time and influencing product direction.

    Architecture & Deployment: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify customers’ business and technical requirements, architect deployable solutions that meet customer needs, facilitate and guide solution deployment Office ATP and P2 and act as a strategic technical deployment advisor to our customers.
  • Product & Service Insights: Working with the rest of the M365 Security and Compliance engineering teams, use your knowledge and expertise in enterprise deployments to help guide the future direction of products and services.
  • Ecosystem Enablement: Use your subject matter expertise in enterprise deployments to train and enable our scalable deployment ecosystem.
  • Be the voice and advocate for our customer, report and act on identified areas for improvement
  • Write and update whitepapers and deployment best practices documentation to help customers deliver solutions
  • Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions


  • 3+ years of program management experience in cross-group, cross-functional engineering roles
  • 2+ years of experience with Office 365 security and Office ATP
  • Outstanding customer satisfaction track record
  • Passion for enabling great customer experiences
  • Ability to crisply and effectively communicate at all levels within an organization, from senior executives and below, and across all functions, from business to technical
  • Ability to work with customers and partners (Business Decision Makers, C-Suite and IT Leaders), speaking on behalf of Engineering, helping them understand our value proposition and our services
  • Demonstrate flexibility and build out scalable programs as we evolve from a startup to a mature service
  • Proven track record for driving the prioritization of a backlog based on actual customer evidence
  • Collaborative attitude coupled with ability to work toward customer & business goals
  • Personal drive and impact with a desire to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
  • Technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly understand service capabilities, technical issues and customer needs
  • Excellent written & oral communication and project management skills
