Onboarding and Test Manager (Associate)

As a member of our Project Execution team, you'll draw on your strengths managing people and processes to manage technology projects that typically span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications.

You'll lead these projects from initiation through implementation, including:

  • Establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines

  • Ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place

  • Managing the project budget and resources.

In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you'll communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. While this role is rooted in project management, it's a terrific opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make lasting connections throughout JPMorgan Chase & Co.

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Experience project managing multiple projects

  • Knowledge of SWIFT

  • Competence around connectivity

  • Client facing

  • Project management

  • Test Management

You will oversee and directly manage the integration and testing for new and existing clients. This includes maintaining oversight of all builds and deliverables and having a handle on all technology requirements for new client onboarding.

For existing clients the role will entail managing client end to end testing of instruction capture from clients (SWIFT, Flat files over FTP) and outbound reporting.

Additionally the role covers set up, change and testing of connectivity for existing and new clients. Dedicated testing support is required within this role for a large US Tier 1 Asset Manager client. This requires test support to facilitate the client's mainframe retirement program and requires direct and regular interaction with the client based in the US.
