Regulatory Reporting Manager – Broadlands Business Campus, near Horsham

Location:West Sussex
Job Type:Full Time

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone to lead our Regulatory Reporting team in the daily regulatory transaction reporting to the regulators.
Someone who understands the nature of the regulatory reporting environment. You will be pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of regulatory transaction information from all platforms at all times.
You will thrive in a fast paced environment with an emphasis on meeting tight deadlines. A strong interest in learning and harnessing technology will help you with your role in the organisation.
As this is leading a new team, in a new location, we need someone who's flexible, creative and curious enough to take on a challenge, rather than tick off set tasks on a to-do list. You will also be a strong people manager with overall responsibility for leading and developing a team of Specialists and Lead Specialists.
As the manager you will drive performance and standards ensuring the service is meeting the regulatory obligations. You will need to ensure your team are getting the work done correctly and within the stipulated deadlines, but you will also need to be always thinking about how to do things better.
