UX Manager / UX Design Lead

We are looking for an energetic and experienced UX manager to join our growing design team that will report to the Head of Design.

  • Passionate about creating user focused product design.

  • Creative design team leader and manager who has successfully designed and delivered high impact products

  • Experienced in creating design using input from user research, competitor analysis, business requirements and data.

  • Advocate for the user and design excellence

  • User experience advocate, excited about our user’s journey through simple, intelligent and enriching products and experiences.

  • A strong communicator and experienced in presenting and communicating complex design to different stakeholders and varying levels of the organization.

  • Passionate about financial services and user centered design. You have experience designing and/or implementing solutions for consumer-focused products/ services

  • Great interpersonal and analytic skills

  • Experienced in using diverse set of methods & tools

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, manage and mentoring team members
  • Help defining and driving the UX vision and roadmap

  • Identify, define and iterate UX opportunities and design that create value for users

  • Build strong relationships across teams and collaborating with various stakeholders

  • Presenting and communicating UX vision and design within the design team and wider organization

  • Being an advocate for the user and foster a shared understanding of user centric design in the organization


  • Hands on experience in roles as product/ UX designer, across multiple devices and platforms (UX/UI of mobile + web applications, experience with consumer applications preferred)
  • Experience of managing and leading design teams

  • Strong portfolio

  • Ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Awareness and practical understanding of current technologies and their application and relevance to digital experiences

  • Proven understanding of mobile application design and screen development.

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment

  • Team work: Develops and sustains effective and cooperative working relationships with peers, managers and other internal or external stakeholders

  • Flexibility/adaptability (ability to change direction based upon team and stakeholder consensus)

  • Ability to influence others and provide thought leadership on user centered design

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
