Job Description


You will join our 60 strong, award-winning content solutions team in London whose purpose is to create and deliver cross-platform campaigns to the highest possible standard. As an Account Manger you will work alongside a Content Solutions Manager to respond to briefs and implement campaigns for some of the UK’s largest national agency groups. Success in this role requires immaculate client service and project management skills to ensure Global builds long-term client relationships and partnerships that encourage continued investment into our brands and platforms.


  • Working alongside your Content Solutions Manager (CSM) to brainstorm creative ideas and submit briefs to commercial programming
  • Attending commercial programming brainstorms alongside your CSM
  • Planning and costing content solutions campaigns using Global’s planning tool and working closely with other specialist teams (Digital Content, Partnerships, Mobile & TV) to produce campaign costing documents
  • Responsible for implementing all elements of booked campaigns via your Content Solutions Manager. This may include;
  • Producing and managing an implementation timeline that outlines all assets required and deadlines for the campaign to go live
  • Working with agencies and clients to get on air copy created and approved
  • Liaising with design & digital teams to deliver all online, mobile, social & digital assets in accordance with an agreed implementation timeline
  • Liaising with Commercial Programming to ensure all elements of the campaign are communicated correctly to producers & presenters by writing clear implementation documents and instruction
  • Sourcing prizes for promotions and managing all winner liaison to ensure fulfillment
  • Creating post campaign reports to summarise all activity that has been delivered, learning’s and recommended future activity


  • Deliver the highest level of service to key clients and agencies through attentive account management and a thorough and efficient understanding/representation of client requirements
  • Provide support to your Content Solutions Manager on all projects
  • Develop strong working relationships with Agencies and Clients to ensure Global becomes a partner of choice and secures repeat business
  • Ensure Solutions activity delivers against all key metrics
  • Explore all relevant commercial opportunities to ensure that Solutions activity for key client exceeds expectations
  • Develop strong working relationships with Commercial Programming to ensure key client activity is always delivered effectively on air
  • Work alongside your CSM to proactively target potential clients for solutions activity
  • Work with the wider team to help produce compelling case studies and award entries for campaigns that you have implemented

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a media environment; ideally within an account management capacity
  • Previous experience of working directly with agencies or clients managing complex projects, ideally within media
  • A thorough understanding of a cross media activity and the role of other media in the marketing mix
  • Experience in managing and implementing cross-media campaigns for clients or agencies.
  • A working knowledge of London agencies and personnel
