The Role….

This is a “go-to” role in the Technology team for all Globalers who needs help with any of our technology kit and systems.

What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be the one making sure that when Globalers contact the Technology team with a problem or asking for some new kit, that these things are correctly logged, prioritised and done.

You’ll help maintain all the IT systems at our London offices so that everything runs smoothly. Using your knowledge of the technical kit we have and the systems we use, you’ll give advice and help to Globalers when they have any issues to try and sort them out as soon as possible.

When we have a plan to roll out any new technologies, you’ll be part of the team that organises this and makes sure everything works as it should. You’ll work with the Broadcast Engineering teams so that broadcast Technology systems are looked after properly so that they are “always on”.
