PA's Electronics Engineering capability is a core part of the Product Design and Engineering function based at our technology centre in Melbourn, Herts. Working across a diverse range of industry sectors, the Electronics group leverage their knowledge of advanced electronics fabrication to solve some of the most challenging problems in the product development process.

As a Principal Consultant (PC) you will serve as a project lead and deep knowledge expert for incoming client work. You could traditionally come from RF, power, analogue/digital or any electronics discipline, but you will have a broad undersatnding of the technical space and ideally have direct expsoure solving product development problems across one or more industry sectors.

This is a great opportunity for a technically strong electronics engineer to leverage their skills set into a more commercial and broader-ranging role.

What we're looking for

A strong educational background in electronics coupled with proven early career exposure fabricating and solving product development problems.

As your career developed you moved into leading projects and serving as a go-to technical resource for complex and constrained problems.

Ideally you will have had direct external client expsoure and know how to collect specifications, challenge briefs and manage expectations around deliverables.
