PMO Information Analyst

Would you like to work in a varied and interesting role across a portfolio of medium and large projects? We currently have a vacancy for a PMO Information Analyst at our site in Christchurch.

As a PMO Information analyst, you will be reporting into the Project Control Manager for DI and IM&T and have responsibility for data analysis across the portfolio, monitoring and updating both the status and financial aspects of the Project.

This role will provide you with the scope to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge, with potential to become a leader in a global business.

Your main responsibilities as a PMO Information Analyst will involve:

Reporting of project status to team members, leadership and external stakeholders

Ensuring accurate data is available for the monthly performance reporting cycle

Supporting the Tools implementation across the DI & IMT business

Development of management reports and metrics

Developing and tracking project plans, budget and schedule with delivery teams

Oversees the implementation of the appropriate project control processes and checks that they are operating accurately and effectively

Engages with Customers (Account Managers, Senior PMs and cross Functional) and continuously improve how project control is applied

Mentoring of team members, providing guidance and support

Good understanding of the Business environment for Line of Business or project, , its markets, customers, strategic priorities and culture

Your skills and qualifications:
Experience in Complex project management
Experience in Mentoring staff

Working to defined and structured lifecycle processes with formal gate reviews and a culture of measurement and continuous improvement

Working to quality standards and qualifications

Critical thinking and problem solving

Stakeholder Management

Strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

Project management techniques and tools
What we're looking for in you:

You will have a ‘Can do’ attitude to deliver on commitments within agreed budgets and timescales. You will also have strong leadership, decision making and delegation skills. Flexibility and adaptability will also be key to this role.

Location: Christchurch

Salary: £45,000
