Role: Campaign Executive, Ad Copy Approvals

The Role Context….

Based within the Global Outdoor Operations function, this role is responsible for pre in-charge and post in-charge campaign management, managing the process from after the sale has been made through to the campaign being posted with a specific focus on the Ad Copy approval element of the process. There will be a need to liaise with Sales, Sales Planners and Production to ensure that our posting team are working in the most efficient way.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as conduit between external Operations and Sales
  • Carry out Ad Copy approval checks in line with Global and/or Franchise Partner policies to ensure the live estate complies
  • Ensure posting is carried out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Running posting reports to monitor progress ss of each campaign
  • Address areas demonstrating inefficiencies in a prompt fashion
  • To maintain good internal liaison with the Operations, Finance, Development and Sales teams as well as the Billposters
  • Provide Ad Copy approval reports to demonstrate the levels of Approval, Referrals and Rejections against volume checked
  • Support the wider Campaign Fulfilment team with client escalations to enable a quick and effective response which avoids Campaign delays
  • Liaise with Printing suppliers to ensure they remain compliant with our Ad Copy approval process
  • Identify any opportunities to improve the Ad Copy approval process and support the Campaign Fulfilment manager with any process / system development opportunities
