Team Description:

The Business Transformation Team is part of International Transformation Office (ITO) team within the Chief Administrative Office. The ITO team mainly manages key strategic initiatives impacting the International Wealth Management business focused on defining strategy, solutions and plans to manage strategic initiatives in a controlled framework and governance impacting the Business. Our Initiatives are mostly business driven, focusing on business improvement, growth & expansion, innovation and transformation. The team works cross-functionally with product specialists, client advisors, legal, risk management, compliance, controls, operations, technology and marketing. The team is highly visible and we are seeking top performers who can engage quickly and deliver meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

To drive the implementation of Bank-wide digital transformation efforts across the International Wealth Management Business, mainly as the EMEA transformation representative, in partnership with the Asia team. The role is expected to work with different stakeholders and teams to drive the digital transformation efforts across business in Asia, EMEA & Latam.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own day-to-day aspects of the digital transformation effort holistically across the International Private Bank business including Clients, Advisor and Operating Platform

  • Partner closely with all stakeholders including registering change, assessing impact and risk, and identifying and engaging relevant partners / SMEs to execute roadmap and drive transformation initiatives, communicate it with wider organization

  • Integrate across multiple digital and transformation roadmaps owned by different functions to drive prioritization of transformation initiatives.

  • Help promote a culture of digital transformation across the IPB, leading through a holistic approach and innovation

  • Ensure readiness and evidence of implementation across all delivery work streams – includes identifying issues and actionable opportunities and helping stakeholders design solutions

  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks / obstacles and escalate issues as needed

  • Develop deep trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders to influence change to the status quo; ensure originators and partners are satisfied throughout the engagement

  • Synthesize findings, create presentations with minor guidance / editing; present recommendations to senior management

  • Maintain a positive attitude and act as team player in supporting team activities and initiatives


The ideal candidate should have experience in managing transformative change in large and complex financial institutions. In addition, Candidate is expected to have outstanding problem-solving skills, communication skills, possess strengths in project management. The position requires flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt within a dynamic environment.

  • Ideally 7+ years of consulting, project management or business management experience in highly complex Financial Institution across different regions

  • Direct experience in Digital discipline preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization

  • Performs well under pressure in dynamic environment; must be able to multitask and shift priorities quickly while maintaining control with limited supervision

  • Extremely organized in taking comprehensive project management approach to all work
  • Exceptional attention to detail in order to produce accurate work product in a time crunch
  • Working knowledge of the Wealth Management business, processes and systems preferred
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. (Project, Access, Visio & JIRA experience is a plus.)
