Internal Sales Representative (Ref:9515)

● Achieve sales targets and overall business goals through the establishment, maintenance and improvement of business relationships and market knowledge within a designated territory
● Raise the profile of Aggregate Industries (AI) within the designated sales territory and/or key accounts
● Win new business, either directly or through partners
● Proactively identify, target, chase and secure attractive business opportunities
● Identify, manage and track all opportunities within a geographic margin centre in line with the territory plan and build relationships with prospective customers and influencers
● Seek and establish market knowledge, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy
● Be proactive in promoting the full product range (cross promotion) to all customers
● Fully utilise CRM
● Provide solutions for customers from internal and external sources
● Attend customer entertainment/visits and site visits as required
● Take an active part in creating and maintaining the forward order book (FOB)
● Investigate and update customer price queries
● Develop own performance through learning and development activities including coaching
